More house renovations

A couple of weekends ago, I convienced Brian that he needed to take down the railing/banister by the front stairs after we had rearranged furniture. It was very easy for Ethan to get to the railings and possibly (although as big as he is, very unlikely) fall through it. We were glad we went ahead and tore it down because it didn't take hardly any effort at all to remove it. (kinda scary). What was put in its place was a half wall. It's not completely finished yet, so I don't have any pictures of the "after" yet but the kids enjoyed helping their daddy assemble the framing for the new wall. I will post some pictures of the finished wall after it's been painted!
